- Ground chicken500g
- Breadcrumbs3/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Onion, finely grated1/4 medium
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Coriander, chopped1/4 cup
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Ground turmeric1/2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper1/4 tsp
- Ghee or vegetable oil, for frying2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped coriander, ground cumin, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
