Ingredients
- Ground chicken1 lb
- Red onion, thinly sliced1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 cup
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Lime juice2 tbsp
- Toasted rice powder (optional, or omit)1 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
