Ingredients
- Deli roast beef1 lb
- Beef broth2 cups
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Baguette or hoagie rolls2
- Provolone cheese slices4
- Butter1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a saucepan, combine beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Season the broth with salt and pepper to taste.

Split the baguette or hoagie rolls and toast them lightly.

Warm the deli roast beef slices in a separate pan or microwave.

Place the warm roast beef onto the bottom half of the toasted rolls.

Top with provolone cheese slices and melt under a broiler or with a kitchen torch if desired.

Place the top half of the roll on top. Serve immediately with the warm au jus for dipping.
