- Pre-sliced beef sirloin or round steak1 lb
- Frozen mixed bell pepper strips12 oz
- Yellow onion, sliced1 medium
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce3 tbsp
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

- Water1/2 cup

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
