Ingredients
- Cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie)2 cups
- Taco seasoning1 tbsp
- Large flour tortillas4
- Tortilla chips (crushed)1 cup
- Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup
- Salsa1/2 cup
- Shredded lettuce1 cup
- Sour cream1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning, salsa, and 2 tbsp water. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or heat in a skillet until warmed through.

Warm the shredded cheddar cheese slightly (microwave or stovetop) until melty, or use a pre-made cheese sauce.

Lay out the large tortillas. On one half of each tortilla, layer the chicken mixture, crushed tortilla chips, melted cheese, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Grill the folded wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
