  • Taco seasoning1 packet (1 oz)
  • Diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (14.5 oz)
  • Black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 oz)
  • Corn, drained1 cup
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded1.5 cups
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain grease.
