- Canned crushed tomatoes400g
- Spaghetti320g

Dice the pancetta into small cubes. Mince the garlic clove.

In a large skillet, cook the diced pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove pancetta, leaving rendered fat.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
