Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Cut it into 6 equal rectangles.

Place one or two chocolate batons at one end of each rectangle. Fold the pastry over the chocolate, then fold again to enclose it. You can cut the pastry in half lengthwise before folding to create a more traditional shape.
