Quick Strawberry No-Churn Ice Cream

A simple and quick strawberry ice cream that doesn't require an ice cream maker. Made with condensed milk and whipped cream, it's surprisingly creamy.

Puree the fresh strawberries in a bowl until smooth. You can strain out the seeds if desired.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt into the whipped cream until just combined.

Add about half of the strawberry puree to the cream mixture and swirl gently to create a marbled effect. Do not overmix.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Dollop the remaining strawberry puree on top and swirl again.
