- Truffle oil2-3 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Butter20g
- Parmesan cheese, grated70g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp

Cook the pljukanci pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, mince the garlic.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the drained pljukanci pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat.

Remove from heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, truffle oil, and chopped parsley. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a light sauce.
