- Cooked pumpkin puree300g
- Cream cheese100g
- Brown sugar3 tbsp
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Egg (for wash)1
- Butter (melted, for brushing)2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the filling: Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Spread the pumpkin filling evenly over the pastry, leaving a border.

Roll up the pastry tightly. Cut into 2-3 cm slices.

Place the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with a beaten egg wash and melted butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
