- Water150 ml
- Butter (for brushing)50 g

Peel, seed, and grate the pumpkin. Mix with honey, cinnamon, ground cloves, and chopped walnuts. Let it sit for 45 minutes.

Prepare the dough as per the traditional recipe: mix flour, eggs, oil, salt, and water, then knead until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough and roll/stretch it very thinly on a floured surface.

Spread the pumpkin-walnut-honey filling evenly over the stretched dough.

Carefully roll up the dough with the filling.

Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and crisp.
