Prepare the dough as per the Traditional Viška Pogača recipe (Steps 1-4).

While dough rises, clean and fillet the anchovies. Thinly slice the red onions, mince the garlic, and pit the olives.

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 2-3 portions. Roll or press each portion into a rustic, thin flatbread shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil. Arrange the anchovy fillets, sliced onions, olives, and capers evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and season with black pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
