- Olive oil60ml

- Fresh anchovies150g
- Yellow onions250g
- Capers30g
- Kalamata olives50g

Activate yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well and add the yeast mixture and 40ml of olive oil.

Mix and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Thinly slice onions. Chop anchovies, capers, and pit olives.

Punch down dough, divide, and roll out into two rectangular shapes on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Brush dough with remaining olive oil. Top with onions, anchovies, capers, and olives. Season with black pepper.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
