Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar and a pinch of flour. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center.

Pour the activated yeast mixture into the well. Add the beaten egg and melted butter.

Mix to form a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Finely chop the pork cracklings and crumble the cheese.

Gently knead the chopped pork cracklings and crumbled cheese into the dough.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
