- Feta cheese, crumbled150g
- Egg yolk1
- Saltpinch
- Black pepperpinch
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten)1
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Add the egg yolk and mix well.

Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet. Cut into small squares or circles.

Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture onto one half of each pastry piece. Fold the other half over to create a half-moon or triangle shape, sealing the edges with a fork.

Arrange the pogačice on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
