    For the dough: Combine flour, cold butter (cubed), egg yolks, sour cream, and salt. Mix until a cohesive dough forms. Wrap in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour.

    Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Roll out each portion thinly into a rectangle. Place one dough layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    For the filling: Mix ground walnuts with granulated sugar. Spread half of the apricot jam over the first dough layer.

    Evenly spread half of the walnut-sugar mixture over the jam. Place the second dough layer on top. Spread the remaining apricot jam, then the remaining walnut-sugar mixture.

    Top with the third dough layer. Prick the top layer with a fork.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.

    For the glaze: Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream and 2 tbsp water over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth. Stir well.

    Pour the chocolate glaze over the cooled cake, spreading it evenly to cover the top and sides. Let the glaze set.
