Make the dough: Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the egg and water. Mix until a firm dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- 2
Rest the dough: Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl, mix the grape molasses (pekmez) with chopped walnuts.
- 4
Roll out the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough thinly (about 2-3 mm thick).
- 5
Cut the dough: Use a round cutter (about 7-8 cm diameter) to cut out circles from the dough.
- 6
Fill the dumplings: Place about 1 teaspoon of the pekmez and walnut filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a crescent shape, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- 7
Boil the dumplings: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the dumplings, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Boil for 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the dough is cooked through.

Serve: Remove the dumplings from the water with a slotted spoon. Arrange on a serving plate and dust generously with powdered sugar.
