Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Clean and scale the sea bream. Make a few shallow slashes on each side of the fish.

Stuff the cavity of each fish with a lemon slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Brush the fish all over with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Place the fish on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the skin is crispy and the flesh is cooked through and flakes easily.
