- Olive Oil5 tbsp
- Kalamata Olives1/2 cup, pitted
- Fresh Thyme2 sprigs
- Fresh Oregano2 sprigs
- Garlic1 clove, thinly sliced
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Clean and scale the sea bream. Score both sides of the fish.

Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.

Stuff the cavity of each fish with a few Kalamata olives, a sprig of thyme, a sprig of oregano, and a slice of garlic.

Brush the fish with 3 tbsp of olive oil.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill the fish for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and skin is crisp.

Remove fish from grill. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil before serving.
