Classic grilled tuna steak, marinated simply and cooked to perfection. This dish highlights the natural flavor of fresh tuna, typically served with a side of blitva (chard and potatoes) or a fresh salad.

- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Lemon1, cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste

Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.

Brush the tuna steaks with the garlic-infused olive oil.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the tuna steaks for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
