
Quick Pan-Seared Sea Bream with Lemon-Herb Potatoes

Sastojci
- Sea Bream Fillets4 (approx. 150g each)
- Baby Potatoes500g
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Olive Oil50 ml
- Lemon1/2
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cut baby potatoes into halves or quarters. Boil until just tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.

While potatoes cook, pat sea bream fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear sea bream fillets, skin-side down first, for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Add the boiled potatoes and minced garlic. Pan-fry until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in chopped parsley and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pan-seared sea bream fillets alongside the lemon-herb potatoes.
