Sastojci
- Squid500g, cleaned and sliced into rings
- Garlic4 cloves, thinly sliced
- White wine150ml
- Canned chopped tomatoes400g
- Parsley3 tbsp, chopped
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50ml

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the sliced garlic until fragrant, but not browned.

Add the sliced squid rings to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a minute.

Add the canned chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Add water if needed to create a sauce consistency. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the squid is tender.

Serve hot, ideally with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
