Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Slice bell peppers. Mince garlic.

Clean squid and cut into pieces.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bell peppers, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss well.

Spread the vegetable and potato mixture in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

Add the squid pieces and cherry tomatoes to the baking dish. Pour white wine over.
