- Honey3 tbsp
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil for fryingas needed
- Powdered sugar for dustingas needed

Prepare the dough as in the traditional recipe: Mix flour, egg, softened butter, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Combine ground walnuts, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles.

Place a teaspoon of walnut filling onto one half of each circle.

Fold the dough over the filling, seal the edges, and form crescent shapes.

Heat vegetable oil for frying.
