Sastojci
- Pre-cut Swiss chard800 g
- Baby potatoes, halved400 g
- Sliced carrots150 g
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the halved baby potatoes and sliced carrots. Stir for 2 minutes.

Add the pre-cut Swiss chard. Pour in enough water to partially cover the vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes and carrots are tender.

Stir occasionally. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a little more water.

Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
