Sastojci
- Swiss chard1 kg
- Potatoes1 kg
- Garlic4 cloves
- Anchovy fillets in oil4-6 fillets
- Olive oil5 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash and prepare Swiss chard and potatoes as in the traditional recipe.

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain, leaving a small amount of water.

Add Swiss chard stems and leaves to the pot with potatoes. Cook until chard is wilted.

Drain excess water. Mince garlic and finely chop anchovy fillets.

In a small pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped anchovies, sautéing until fragrant and anchovies dissolve, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the sautéed garlic-anchovy mixture, remaining olive oil, and lemon zest to the pot with the chard and potatoes.

Gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, being mindful of the anchovies' saltiness.
