- Fish broth200ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Dillsmall bunch
- Saltto taste

Cut cod fillets into large chunks.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in crushed tomatoes and fish broth. Bring to a simmer.

Gently add the cod chunks to the simmering broth. Season with salt and pepper.
