Clean and boil the octopus as described in the classic recipe until tender. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain, cool slightly, peel, and cut into cubes.

Drain and quarter the marinated artichoke hearts. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Pit and halve the olives.

Thinly slice the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the octopus, potatoes, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
