- Anchovy fillets in oil, drained and finely minced2-3
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped1 tablespoon
- Fresh chives, finely chopped1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest1/2 teaspoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
