- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese100g

Prepare the quick ragù: Brown ground beef in olive oil with chopped onion and garlic. Drain excess fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Prepare the cheese filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the lasagne: Spread a thin layer of ragù on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer with no-boil lasagne sheets, followed by ragù, dollops of ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with ragù and a topping of mozzarella and remaining Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
