- Truffle oil1 tsp
- Fresh thyme1 sprig

Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F) with a pizza stone if available.

Clean and slice the porcini mushrooms. Finely mince the garlic.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the mushrooms with garlic, salt, and pepper until tender and slightly browned. Set aside.

Roll out the artisan pizza dough.

Spread the tomato passata evenly over the dough.

Arrange the prosciutto cotto slices and sautéed porcini mushrooms over the sauce.

Grate or thinly slice the fontina cheese and distribute it over the toppings.
