- Dry white wine150 ml
- Olive oil100 ml

Clean and cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Slice the onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic.

In a deep oven-safe dish, combine octopus, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley.

Pour in the white wine and a splash of water.

Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil or a lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5-2 hours, or until octopus is tender and potatoes are cooked through.

Remove foil for the last 15-20 minutes to allow some browning.
