Sastojci
- Leeks800 g
- Potatoes400 g
- Smoked Sausage (Kielbasa or similar)200 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Vegetable Broth or Water700 ml
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Sour Creamfor garnish

Clean and slice the leeks. Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the smoked sausage into rounds.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until lightly browned. Remove sausage and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and smoked paprika, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced leeks and cook until wilted, about 10 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and vegetable broth or water. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Return the cooked sausage to the pot. Stir well.
