Cut pork belly into 2.5 cm cubes. Cut bacon into 2.5 cm pieces. Chop onions into wedges.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add pork cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Thread the marinated pork, bacon pieces, and onion wedges alternately onto skewers.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly, until pork is cooked through, bacon is crispy, and onions are tender and slightly caramelized.
