In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and parsley.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Shape the mixture into oval patties.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the Faširanci for about 6-8 minutes per side until deeply browned and cooked through.
