  • Pre-made chili paste (sambal tumis)3 tbsp
  • Shallots2
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Lemongrass1 stalk
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50ml

    Lightly bruise the lemongrass stalk.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped shallots and garlic until fragrant.
