- Pineapple chunks1/2 cup
- Bell pepper (any color)1/2 cup, sliced
- Onion1/4 cup, sliced
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Pre-made sweet and sour sauce1 cup
- Vegetable oilfor frying
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Season seabass fillets with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with all-purpose flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the seabass fillets until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the pre-made sweet and sour sauce and add pineapple chunks. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
