Bahan
- Firm white fish fillets, cut into chunks600g
- Kicap manis (sweet soy sauce)100ml
- Chili paste (sambal tumis)2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water30ml
- Spring onions, sliced (for garnish)1 tbsp

Season fish chunks with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and pan-fry fish until golden. Set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add chili paste and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in kicap manis, lime juice, sugar, and water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.

Return fish to the wok and toss to coat.
