- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water30 ml

Mince garlic and finely chop the onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add Sambal Oelek, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
