- Water Spinach (Kangkung)1 bunch
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek or similar)2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce1.5 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
- Lime Juice1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil1.5 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water1 tbsp

Clean and prepare the squid by cutting into rings.

Wash and trim the water spinach.

Mince the garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
