  • Squid400g
  • Water Spinach (Kangkung)1 bunch
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek or similar)2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce1.5 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
  • Lime Juice1 tbsp
  • Sugar1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil1.5 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water1 tbsp

Langkah

    Clean and prepare the squid by cutting into rings.

    Wash and trim the water spinach.

    Mince the garlic.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

    Add the chili paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
