Bahan

  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced500g
  • Onions, thinly sliced1 large
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Dark soy sauce100 ml
  • Oyster sauce2 tbsp
  • Water100 ml
  • Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)1
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Sliced red chilies (for garnish)optional

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the thinly sliced beef until browned.
