- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced500g
- Onions, thinly sliced1 large
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Dark soy sauce100 ml
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Water100 ml
- Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Sliced red chilies (for garnish)optional

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the thinly sliced beef until browned.

Add sliced onions and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant and onions are softened.

Pour in dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add water and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the beef.
