- Beef sirloin or flank steak400g
- Paprika powder2 tbsp
- Pre-cut stir-fry vegetable mix (bell peppers, onions)400g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice beef thinly. Toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cornstarch, and water.

Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove beef.

Add pre-cut vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return beef to the wok. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until thickened.

Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
