Bahan

  • Beef sirloin or flank steak400g
  • Paprika powder2 tbsp
  • Pre-cut stir-fry vegetable mix (bell peppers, onions)400g
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Cornstarch1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Slice beef thinly. Toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

    In a bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cornstarch, and water.

    Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove beef.

    Add pre-cut vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Return beef to the wok. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until thickened.

    Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
