- Pre-cooked shredded beef400 g
- Beef broth1.5 liters
- Potatoes300 g
- Carrots150 g
- Frozen peas100 g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Bay leaf1
- Fresh parsleysmall bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Peel and dice potatoes and carrots into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in beef broth, add diced potatoes, carrots, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in the pre-cooked shredded beef and frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

Remove bay leaf. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
