Bahan
- Prawns300g, peeled and deveined
- Instant noodle nests4
- Chicken or prawn stock1 liter
- Jarred chili paste (sambal oelek or similar)3 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Fried shallotsfor garnish
- Sliced red chiliesfor garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add jarred chili paste and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in chicken or prawn stock. Add soy sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add prawns to the boiling broth and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.

Cook instant noodle nests according to package directions. Drain.

Place noodles in bowls. Ladle the prawn broth over the noodles.
