Cook noodles: Cook Tuaran Mee noodles according to package directions. Drain well.

Prepare ingredients: Slice pre-cooked char siu or chicken. Trim and halve snap peas or green beans. Mince garlic.

Stir-fry: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add snap peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
