Bahan
- Pre-cooked pork belly or pork shoulder400g
- Pork broth or chicken broth6 cups
- Garlic3 cloves
- Ginger1/2 inch
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Yellow noodles (mee)400g
- Lettuce1 cup
- Fried shallots2 tbsp

If using raw pork, quickly braise pork shoulder or belly in broth with soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger for about 30 minutes until tender. Slice thinly. If using pre-cooked pork, slice thinly.

Heat the broth. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Blanch the yellow noodles in boiling water until cooked. Drain well.

Divide the noodles among four serving bowls. Top with sliced pork and fresh lettuce.

Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and pork. Garnish with fried shallots.
