Bahan
- Pre-cooked wide rice noodles500g
- Pre-cooked chicken strips200g
- Frozen peas100g
- Carrots1 medium
- Eggs2
- Chicken broth300ml
- Cornstarch1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice carrots thinly. Whisk eggs lightly. Mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp water.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan. Add pre-cooked noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes to warm through. Set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add carrots and peas, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pre-cooked chicken and stir-fry until heated through.

Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in cornstarch slurry until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the gravy over the noodles. Gently stir to combine.

Slowly drizzle in the beaten eggs while stirring the gravy to create egg ribbons. Cook for 1 minute.
