- Instant Maggi Noodles2 packets
- Chicken Sausage1, sliced
- Egg1
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek)1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Spring Onions2, chopped
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cook Maggi noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.

Push sausage to one side, crack the egg into the wok, and scramble it. Mix with the sausage.

Add chili paste, soy sauce, and ketchup. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce and ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper. Stir in most of the chopped spring onions.
