- Instant Maggi Noodles3 packets
- Squid100g, cleaned and sliced into rings
- Fish Cakes50g, sliced
- Egg1
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Ginger1 tsp, grated
- Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek)1.5 tbsp
- Soy Sauce2.5 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
- Fish Sauce1 tsp
- Bean Sprouts1/2 cup
- Cilantro2 tbsp, chopped
- Vegetable Oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cook Maggi noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Fry the egg sunny-side up. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining 2 tbsp oil to the wok. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add squid rings and fish cake slices. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until squid is cooked.

Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts. Toss well to combine everything evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in most of the chopped cilantro. Serve immediately, topped with the fried egg and remaining cilantro.
